e-Poster guidelines

All posters of the Conference will be displayed as e-Posters without a possibility to exhibit paper posters onsite. Therefore, authors are required to prepare an e-Poster file as power point presentation with pre-recorded audio narration and converted to MP4 video file.

All e-Posters will be uploaded on this Conference website and will be available to all registered participants on the conference days and two weeks after the event. E-Posters will be accessible with a password only.

Preparation of e-Posters

  • Use PowerPoint and set the dimensions of your slides to 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Prepare maximum 8 ppt. slides for your presentation. The first slide should contain the title of presentation, authors, affiliations and presenter’s photo if possible; the last one should contain the conclusions (acknowledgements are optional).
  • Make sure your text and background have a large contrast (dark lettering on a white background).
  • Minimum suggested font size: 18 (16 for references).
  • For embedded graphs and images prefer .jpeg or .png file formats in a resolution of at least 72 or 96 dpi.
  • Do not use animated effects, “animations” and videos. Video content is not permitted in the poster presentation.
  • When you have your power point presentation ready, please record a voice over it. Presentation shall not be longer than 3 min.
  • More information on how to record a presentation can be found HERE
  • Save your pre-recorded presentation as MP4 video file.

E-Poster video file must be sent via WeTransfer  (https://wetransfer.com/) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by July 1, 2026.

IMPORTANT:
Due to the hybrid nature of the event, the organizers have limited means to monitor the interactions and participants may e.g. take print screen-photos of the e-posters. Please take this level of publicity into account while preparing your presentation.
